For over two decades, Ricardo Arcé built his ministerial foundation while serving. Today, Pastor Ricardo and his wife Colette lead Destined LA, he also serves as CEO of Destined Media.
Pastor Rick's unwavering passion centers on helping people encounter God through the practical application of Scripture, delivering inspirational and transformative messages. Together with his wife of 29 years, he has impacted countless lives through dynamic teaching and preaching of God's Word, actively reclaiming territory from the enemy.

For more than 20 years, Ricardo Arcé served at New Journey Ministries in the city of
Hawthorne in California under the leadership of Bishop John M. Richardson where He received his foundation in Ministry. He also has served as the overseer of the 4th Ecclesiastical Jurisdictional Men's Department and on the Technology Advisory Board under the leadership of Bishop Roy Dixon in the city of San Diego.
